Prepay Discount
At Patriot Storage you may receive discounts for prepayment as follows:- 5% discount for bi-annual payment
- 10% discount for annual payment

Referral Program
When a current tenant refers a new tenant, the current tenant will receive a $25 rent credit. To receive the credit the tenant must notify the manager in writing during the first month of the new rental.

You may take immediate possession of a storage unit by doing the following: • Select the desired unit size and confirm availability by finding a unit of that size that doesn't have a lock on the door and is empty. • Review and fill out a contract from the contract box with your personal information and the storage unit details. • Calculate the amount owed for the unit. • Place the original copy of the contract, along with a check, money order, or cash for amount owed. • Deposit the contract and payment in the payment drop box located onsite. • Move into your unit. |
