I reserved a unit online, but when I called they said there was no reservation. We eventually got what we needed, but it was a little confusing how i could reserve it and show them my confirmation email, but their system showed the same unit was already reserved and occupied.

The people are easy to deal with and friendly. So thats a positive. Unfortunately on to the negatives. It says it's a locked facility, but they leave the gate up. Also make sure you give them 14 days notice of you leaving the unit or you'll have to pay an extra month for nothing like I did. Apparently a few days before your pay cycle renews isn't good enough.

I've known I needed a storage unit this fall for a few months - I'd called and gone in to the office received great help and they answered all my questions. It will the first storage rental I've ever done - there were a lot of questions. I was finally ready and when I stopped in to get it all set up I got great assistance clear detailed information about what to expect now it's time for my next adventure with a storage unit for a little window of time.

The storage unit was nice enough for the location. However there were several wasp nests outside of my door on the unit, resulting in a lot of wasps in the area. It was also very dusty/dirty when I moved out, but that may be due to the location.

They were very professional and were able to find us an available unit very quickly and at a location we needed. However, when we moved out there were a few issues. First, there were black widows in our unit as we moved out which was not great, but understandable for outdoor storage. Then when we moved we had to pay the rent for the entire month we were moving, not just the 7 days of the month that we actually used the unit. If it were a lower priced unit I wouldn't care, but their monthly rate is pretty high. Customer service was ok, but it could have been a better experience overall.

I have had two units rented for many years back when it was known as TK secure storage until it was changed to Cache Valley storage about a year ago. I was not a fan of the rent hike but times are tough and I get it but the extra $11 each month for each shed for insurance kind of killed my mood and it seemed like I was taking a large amount out of every paycheck just to keep up. And where my paydays kept falling on the day after the bills were due, the extra $20 late fee times 2 was also disheartening. Plus when I would pay for both of my sheds online, the system kept putting all of the funds to one shed and not the other so the other shed kept getting late fee as well. I was no longer able to afford it so I unfortunately had to get rid of many of my most cherished items to be able to cram everything into just one. I unfortunately will be looking for somewhere else to store my remaining items if I can find a better price but until then I will continue to just pay for one.

Great place to store your things for however long you need. Surpringly cool inside during 90 degree weather. Coded gate. Moving, storing supplies inside, but the best part of storing with Cache Valley Storage is the GREAT employees, like Madison!

I needed a storage right now and had contacted other storage facilities and was faced with everything from no response at all, no one there to answer my call, one not knowing what they had available or what size any of the units were, to outright rudeness in telling me that there were no units available. Then I called Cache Valley Storage. My call was answered immediately by a very nice lady who answered my questions and said of course they had a unit for me and that they would send someone to the North Logan facility to show me the unit! The girl that came was very nice and even called me to apologize for being a few minutes late for our meeting! Needless to say, I rented the unit immediately and am very grateful for Cache Valley Storage’s excellent customer service and super nice people!😁

We rented a uhaul from here recently. It was a decent process and luckily they had one we could use by us just walking in instead of reserving online prior, it just took a long time for them to process one for us. I would definitely recommend reserving online rather than walking in but I still don't know if that would speed up the process of getting in and out.

The office staff are very friendly, and helpful. The uhaul I was rented was a real wreck, though. I was a bit disappointed since there were a few other much newer trucks available, and the one I got was clearly the oldest and most beat of the bunch.
